Random thoughts from today’s links. Baby meerkat is actually James Bond in training. I kept hearing that theme or the one from Mission Impossible in my brain reading it. Also, why does it seem like Japanese baby meerkats are even cuter than usual?? And that bear is smarter than the average bear, boo boo. I always knew I wasn’t crazy, just passionate about kitty cats. Maya the dog is really, really lucky to have such a wonderful human. He needs to be nominated for Men of Cutetropolis calendar. The deer are very cute but the behavior is head-scratching unusual. Someone needs to go study them and figure it out for the rest of us.

We don’t get cats because we’re crazy. We’re crazy because we have cats. Seriously, ask any cat person what they do to make their furbabies happy, and we sound totally nuts. Not that there’s anything wrong with that.

Re Maya, you never know. Some dogs prefer to be only dogs, others love to have dog companions. They’re as individual in their likes and dislikes as people are.
