Baby porcupine, lost horse comes home, dog gets a birthday party, and rabbits get served first.

And finally: Where’s My Waiter?

Delightful linkies. I hope Dana finds her forever home soon.

The look on dachshund’s face! I feel bad for laughing.

That’s the face I would make. Even though I love rabbits, I don’t care much for rabbit food.
If only that horse could tell the tales of running with the wild mustangs. Probably glad to be home enjoying the security of food and shelter.

As a foster/volunteer with the SD Humane Society, I’ve been following Dana’s story almost from the beginning and I’m rooting for her to find a forever family. Probably part of the reason she hasn’t been adopted is a few behavior issues and needs to be the only pet in the home. The team at the shelter has done so much work with her and she’s come so far, fingers crossed this exposure gets her adopted. Plus her adoption fee has been paid and the shelter has included a free training class for here new family. If we hadn’t decided to stick with small dogs, she’d probably be at my home now.

If there’s ever a time for a talking horse, then Mongo should let loose. Eight years and he’s back, wow. Doxie cracked me up, poor baby. Hope someone brought him some treats for being so patient during the video.

Mongo had the time of his life for 8 years running wild and now he is home and can spend the rest of his life in comfort being loved and cared for.

That poor dachshund, I’m not sure if the expression on his face is disdain or envy but he gives a great side eye.

I totally identify with the dachshund. I’m vegetarian and i feel like that when I’m out to dinner with people eating meat or fish or shellfish..

I totally get both sides of the cucumber meal. It’s getting easier to eat vegetarian but vegan is so hard.

Avoiding cheese and eggs is almost impossible and I know that the so-called ‘vegan’ dishes often have butter or worse slipped in. Still though, I support my vegan friends and have had some awful nutloaf and weird pastries.

Think that we’ve hit every vegan/hippie/buddhist/7th day adventist place within 25 miles.
