I’ve had Purrli bookmarked for years! (I tend to forget it’s there, though.)

I would happily bring butt-scratching sticks to the wombats. Every day.
The PSA about moose has me giggling. Poor babies.

I’m sure that’s food quality salt with no weird chemicals. Yikes!
If I understand from recent books, you should also not give a moose a muffin, a dog a doughnut, a mouse a cookie or give a pig a pancake or give a cat a cupcake

(There are no moose or muffin emojis…)
There are also apparently books about the wisdom of taking a mouse to the movies or school, and giving a pig a party. (I don’t know where they land on those issues.)
Also on her list of titles is Sometimes I Wonder If Poodles Like Noodles and now I am wondering too. Also, I want noodles. ๐๐ฉ

I have a ๐ซ and ๐. No muffin.
Have added โbe a supplier of wombat scratching postsโ to my bucket list.

Why I get no moose? ๐ (In your comment I just see a little square.)
Noodles gives me the option of the bowl of noodles with chopsticks or plate of spaghetti.

I send you mooses

Yay, Mooses!!
Thank you!

Turn the volume on for the wombat๐๐ผ
Blue Footed BoobyJanuary 10, 2024 / 9:46 am
omg that bobcat. You hear about this periodically, like some kind soul rescuing a “dog” that fell through the ice of a lake, taking it into the vet, and the vet saying “yeah that’s a coyote.” But to knowingly grab a bobcat takes a Certain Type.
Though I’m loling at the cat’s face. “Hello yes this is fine. You may carry me to noms.”
DEBGJanuary 10, 2024 / 11:52 am
I love that bobcat too. I once had a bobcat friend at the local zoo.
KarJanuary 10, 2024 / 10:07 am
Love that pic of Ares and his old friend/new owner. Feels like he would superglue himself to his human if he could
GeorgianaJanuary 10, 2024 / 10:14 am
All great links today, love the bobcat letting himself be carried like a big kitty, and doggy being adopted by a friend of his original owner is heartwarming but wombat pole scratching melted my brain!
Blue Footed BoobyJanuary 10, 2024 / 10:20 am
Imagine if the lady hadn’t been thoughtful enough to bring butt-scratching poles. He might have spent the whole day with an itchy butt!
Sedro6January 10, 2024 / 11:47 am
Purrli, my goodness! Note to cats: Behave! You could be replaced with a hot water bottle and Purrli! [Just kidding]
6RabbitsJanuary 10, 2024 / 12:35 pm
Well I just added Purrli to my bookmarks! I have trouble getting to sleep and I will definitely be trying this tonight!
All the links are great today. If a moose walked in front of my car I would definitely stop and let him lick. Do you see how big they are?๐ณ The wombat butt scratching had me lol๐ S/he is just so casual about it, not remotely concerned thereโs a human attached!

Deputyโs reward for bravery is great – cuddling a gorgeous bobcat. The dogโs intense joy at meeting his old ownerโs friend – so glad he was rescued.
