Well of course, it’s 81 degrees today!
My thoughts exactly.
Bibi has fleece union suits (which I also call her onesies, long johns, or jammies) for cold weather, and a waterproof fleece-lined version for wet weather. She’s very cooperative when I get her into whichever applies. She seems to have made the connection between the garment and greater comfort outdoors. I resisted the whole idea, but a few years ago she started shivering when the temperature was only as low as 52° F (11.11° C). So off we went to a fancy-shmancy dog outfitters’, and she tried on her first union suit. She seemed to like it, so I forked over the spondulicks, and she trotted all the way home quite jauntily with no shivering. This year I bought her a second fleece one because it was so cold all winter. I wanted to have one she could wear while the other was in the wash.
Unfortunately Her Royal Majesty positively refuses to countenance boots. She’s lucky she’s cute. And portable!
Looks like a seal with legs. Wonder how long it took to get him dressed.
