    Excusez moi, but is somebody peeing in the muddy water that baby heffalump is bathing in/drinking from???

      That was my first thought, too, but I think it’s coming from the blue pipe at the edge of the water. Either like a fountain arcing over, or it extends out horizontally at the top.
