Same here. Plus I’ve got a soft spot for gingers, as we all know.

How are your wrists?

Better, thanks. They get a little achey if I knit too long, so I have to keep changing things up. Fortunately, it’s not hard to keep busy with something in my house!

Always look forward to the dog costumes. Love the Lorax who speaks for the Treats!
And the tiny fairy whose wings are bigger than s/he is!

When the video first started I thought Nutria was a beaver, the teeth and the sounds he made were very much beaver like. he is such a cutie.

I fell head over heels for Neuty, of course.

The dog costumes are amazing! And such patient dogs, I know my two would be out of their costumes before the parade even started, lol. Flip is adorable with that ear. Who knew nutria could be so friendly and vocal. Kudos to all the neighbors who helped bring him home. That is one mellow cat, most would have left major injuries on their person.
This work week is going to be interesting. i’ve been released from my regular duties and seconded to my union for hopefully, finalizing the bylaw updates. It’s been about a year, year and a half since we started this project and since I didn’t hear anything over the summer, I thought it was done. Boy was I wrong! They wanted us to all meet in person but I had to beg off that because I never know when hubby has to travel for work, and I don’t have a place to leave the dogs. Sooo, zoom meetings all week with the committee and the union’s legal team. Wish me luck!

Yeeks, AJ. Best of luck. Coordinating changes to official docs like that is a huge task.

Well, purring is good for the bones (https://handandwristinstitute.com/blog/is-a-cats-purr-actually-helpful-to-our-bones/), so weight-lifting with cats makes sense. Certainly more fun than dumbbells!
See, I knew the science would catch up to us cat-lovers one day!
