Sleeping Around

Theoretical physicist Erwin Schrödinger is best known for his thought experiment known as “Schrödinger’s cat,” in which a cat hidden in a box may be simultaneously alive and dead. A lesser-known corollary, “Schrödinger’s wheel,” postulates that two cats sleeping unobserved in a box may begin rotating clockwise.

It’s two-for-one day at The Girl with the Dogs as a pair of orange sisters come in for a bath and comb-out, in this video found by reader Sharon G.

New Home, Who Dis?

Wait, this is a new place? But I was just getting used to the old place! I had my favorite jingle toys and a zoomies course all mapped out, and now everything’s different! What if I don’t like it here? What if I miss my friends? What if they… wait, do I smell somebody making a tuna sandwich?

Rowdy Ragdoll Ragamuffins

The Girl with the Dogs knows that ragdoll cats are supposed to be mellow, but these three feisty felines are anything but as they get a bath and blowdry. (By the way, reader Allein notes that a new YouTube channel, The Girl With Her Dogs, follows groomer Vanessa as she plays hide and sniff with her own German shepherd.)
