Probably scurrying about, doing their silly human things. Running to catch trains, struggling with copiers, eating lunch at their desks, nodding off in meetings… The fools.

A user on Reddit rescued a baby cottontail rabbit and kept it safe until it could live on its own — but not before sharing this adorable video of the baby bun snug in a shirt pocket. Here’s the story:

Feifel and his siblings were living in a nest in our backyard. I didn’t notice them until one of our dogs got hold of a baby rabbit. I decided to take care of him until he was strong enough to be released.
The bond I had with this little bunny was unreal — he would lay on my chest and watch TV with me every night. I noticed that he would make these little clicking/grinding noises with his mouth and when I looked up what that meant, it’s apparently something rabbits do when they’re comfortable and content. I literally sobbed when I let him go. It was wild the emotions I felt for this little creature.
Be sure to read the Reddit comments for more pictures of Feifel! (via Andrew Y.)
While Hana and Kitten Miri enjoy the simple pleasures, Maru is driven by the urge to knead his pillow until it’s flat as a dishrag.
