One thing about Maru: he loved his greens. But not as much as Kitten Miri, who really packed away the cat grass. Guess that’s how she gets the energy to chase her favorite toy.

Weekend Open Thread
We have a special treat for today’s open thread, as reader Susan H. shares these delightful photos of Julius playing hide-and-seek with a deer friend:
He loves to hide in ferns, and as you can see, they provide excellent camouflage (“cat-mouflage”).
He also likes to hide from the deer, usually with less success.
He’s definitely not a lap cat, but he does have his moments. When I posted this one to Facebook, I titled it “On today’s episode of Orange and Jobless…”
