Nothing but Nosevember

In this photograph, we see a typical dog reduced to its most elemental components: At the top there is the sniffle snorfer, a precision odor detector capable of locating yummy crunchies hidden deep in trouser pockets; and beneath that the licker chomper, a powerful vacuum for whisking food out of sight in seconds.

dog nose and mouth
The other parts are completely superfluous.

I gotta say…this is not quite what I was expecting upon scrolldown.

Also, his tongue appears to have wings.

The other critical thing…he’s looking up at the treat giver (and giver of “good doggy” pets). Awww.

I don’t really think the wiggle wagger is superfluous, do you?

My first thought too. Wagg production is an important indication of optimal sniff and snorf acquisition.

          You’re a deep thinker, Mike.
