Arne, I just entered a comment using my browser’s Incognito mode (in which the site sees me as a standard user) and I got the five-minute edit option. I was able to edit a comment, change my user name, and delete the comment.
So apparently my condo association has no rules about setting off fireworks in the middle of the streets. Ridiculous.
