We have a special treat for today’s open thread, as reader Susan H. shares these delightful photos of Julius playing hide-and-seek with a deer friend:
He loves to hide in ferns, and as you can see, they provide excellent camouflage (“cat-mouflage”).
He also likes to hide from the deer, usually with less success.
He’s definitely not a lap cat, but he does have his moments. When I posted this one to Facebook, I titled it “On today’s episode of Orange and Jobless…”
Today’s Caturday visitor Skye looks harmless, but her human Georgiana Y. has a word of warning:
Skye looks so sweet when she sleeps, doesn’t she? She looks just like a little angel but don’t let that fool you, she can turn into a fur tornado raging through in one second flat.
